These terms apply to your use of the My Collabs app and this website (together, "the service"). By using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
1. The service
My Collabs helps you record brand and client collaborations, track payments and see upcoming deadlines. The service is currently provided free of charge. We may add, change or remove features over time.
2. Your account
- You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for keeping that account secure.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
- You're responsible for activity under your account.
3. Your content
You own the information you enter. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for making sure you're allowed to store any third-party details you enter, such as a client's contact information.
4. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service. For example, don't try to access other users' data, disrupt or overload the service, reverse-engineer it to harm it, or use it for anything unlawful.
5. Not professional advice
The app's calculations, alerts and totals, and the guides on this website, are general tools and information. They're not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Always check important figures and dates yourself.
6. Availability and backups
We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own records of anything important, such as invoices and agreements.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost income or missed payments, arising from your use of the service.
8. Ending use
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the effective date above and, for significant changes, show a notice on this website. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
