Why it exists
Independent creators juggle several brand deals at once. The details live in WhatsApp chats, email threads, notes apps and spreadsheets. Agreed fees get forgotten, deliverable dates sneak up, and payments arrive late or not at all, often without anyone noticing.
My Collabs puts each collaboration in one place: what was agreed, what's been delivered, what's been paid, and what's still pending. It flags upcoming and overdue dates, so following up becomes routine instead of awkward.
What it does
- Records each collaboration with its amount, deliverables, contact details and key dates
- Tracks payments received and works out the pending balance automatically
- Moves each deal through clear statuses: Discussion, Work in Progress, Deliverable Delivered, Payment Cleared
- Shows totals for every month and alerts for upcoming, due-today and overdue dates
